This review is sponsored, meaning I received these products for free. This does not affect my opinion at all, and the opinions expressed below are 100% honest and my own. Now, let's get started.
I received three products from Evande, a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer.
Let's start with the cleanser.
First off, the top is the type of top that you have to turn to open (when you first get it), sort of like Lubriderm lotion, and at first, you need multiple pumps to get the cleanser out. The cleanser smells a bit like baby powder, and to apply it, as the instructions don't seem to require dampening your face first, it seems like all you have to do is rub it onto your face in a gentle, circular motion. It applied easily and was a nice, gentle, creamy cleanser, and you really only need one pump to have enough to cleanse your entire face. After rinsing with water, my skin felt a bit greasy, like I just put on lotion, at first, but after a few seconds, my skin felt clean and not too dry. Overall, I loved this cleanser. It worked much better than I thought it would, and although I didn't really test the make-up removing feature, I'm sure that it would do just as well for that job, so I would recommend it.
Next, the toner.
For the toner, you can choose to either spray it directly onto your face and neck, or dab it on. In my test, I sprayed it directly on, so my observations reflect that. I found that it takes a few presses to get going, but it comes out quite easily. It's a clear spray, and you only need about 2-3 sprays to cover everything. It smelled a bit flowery and clean, and after spraying, I swiped it across my face and neck as minimally as possible and waited for it to dry up. As it dried up, it felt like there were mini bubbles popping on my skin, and my skin felt like it was tightening. Overall, my skin felt a bit tighter and firmer, and my pores seemed to close a bit more.
Lastly, the moisturizer.
The moisturizer had the same kind of twist pump as the cleanser and once again, needed a few pumps before it finally came out. I used only one pump to cover the face and neck, and like the toner, it smelled a bit flowery. It was easy to smooth onto my skin and absorbed quite quickly into my skin. Afterwards, my skin felt soft and smooth, and it didn't look shiny or feel greasy. Overall, I would recommend this moisturizer.
With that, thank you for reading and I'll see you next time. Bye!

Nice 'n Easy Root Touch-Up Review
Hey guys, sorry it has been so long, but the last reviews should be coming out faster. However, I think that I'm going to stop once I'm finished. I can't really find the time and energy to get these done, so I am going to stop as soon as I finish the rest of the reviews I had promised.
First off, I want to say that this review is in fact sponsored and I received a coupon for a free box of this kit and a $20 Ulta GC in exchange for an honest review. My opinions are still 100% honest and 100% mine and I am under no obligation to write a positive review. Now let's start.
I used the coupon and got the shade 3 for black hair and it's supposed to match a variety of shades including the ones shown below in the picture (Excellence- 1 Black & 3 Natural Black, Preference- 3 Soft Black & 2 Natural Black, Nutrisse- 10 Black, John Frieda Precision Foam- 2A Blue Black, Nice 'N Easy- 122 Natural Black & 124 Natural Blue Black, Nice 'N Easy Colorblend Foam- 2 Black):
Inside of the kit was everything shown in the picture (instructions, plastic gloves, a little plastic tray, the root touch-up brush, the permanent color creme, and color activating lotion):
About the hair color itself, it was easy to mix up, as all you had to do was empty each component into the provided plastic tray and use the provided brush to mix. The color cream squeezed out easily from its tube and had a pearly black-brown color. It honestly smelled absolutely disgusting. The activating lotion was a milky white. After mixing, it still smelled very bad, even with the bathroom fan on. When applying the hair color onto my roots, it was pretty easy to apply with the brush, but I still asked my friend to help. It took about 20-25 minutes to apply everything and another 10 to wait before I could rinse it all off. In actuality, I waited 15, because my hair's pretty stubborn, before rinsing. It rinsed out quite easily and foams when the water hits it. It took a couple minutes before the water began to run clear. In the end, my hair turned out to be not completely black, but good enough. Overall, the coloring was decent, but it really stank. I don't know if I would recommend it, but it is true that most hair coloring products stink, so if you're in the market for hair coloring products, it's an option.
Thank you for reading, and I'll see you for the next review.

Instanatural Argan Oil Review
Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.
First off, I want to say that I received this product for free, however, it doesn't impact my opinion one bit and I would never write something positive, unless I believed in it. Now, let's start!
I used this oil on my face, lips, and hair.
Thoughts on using it on my face:
The oil itself is quite thick. It has a slight scent and has a very light, almost clear, yellow color. The dropper only needs a slight squeeze for the oil to come out. It was easy to spread on my skin and I only needed about 5 drops to cover my face and neck. It absorbs quite quickly, but it does make your skin very shiny if you use too much, so use it sparingly. It moisturizes very well and my skin felt rather soft afterwards. Overall, I was satisfied by how it performed.
Thoughts on using it on my lips:
As for my lips, I have very dry lips, so I was looking forward to how this would work. I rubbed one drop in and waited. It was relatively tasteless and my lips became shiny, but not exactly soft. It ended up still being a bit chapped. So, I tried it a second time and lips became a bit softer and more moisturized, but not exactly at the level lip balm would reach. Overall, I wasn't as satisfied by how it performed, but at the same time, I know how chapped my lips are and they are very dry, so they are quite hard to get soft in general.
Thoughts on using it on my hair:
For my hair, I ran a few drops through my hair while it was still slightly wet. It detangled my hair a bit, and after my hair dried, my hair became a bit softer and a bit smoother. It also felt stronger and seemed somewhat shinier, but was still a bit tangled. Overall, it performed quite well on my hair. My only warning, however, is that I wouldn't use it on dry hair unless you are using it for just the tips of your hair. It'll make your hair look greasy and overly shiny otherwise.
Overall though, I really liked it.

Well, thank you for reading and I hope this review was helpful. The school year is almost over, so we will be able to post more often soon. Please look forward to it. Thank you for reading, again!
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Adovia Dead Sea Mud Soap Review
Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.
My son's thoughts (directly quoted from him):
"This all natural soap leaves your face feeling clean and refreshed and does not clog your pores. The smell is pleasant and somewhat earthy. Unlike other all-natural soaps, this soap does not cause irritation. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to control breakouts."
So this is our review for this soap. I'm sorry it's so short, but I hope that it was helpful and if you ever have a question, feel free to ask.
If you'd like to purchase this soap, simply go to the amazon page here and purchase.
Thank you for reading everyone!

First things first, yes, this is something I got for free in exchange for an honest review. It's my opinion and is completely honest. Now, let's start!
This bar of soap is supposed to help relieve acne, psoriasis, and eczema symptoms, and since I do not actually have any of those, I gave it to my son, who has acne, to try and give his opinion on it. I'll include it right after I write my own observations.
My review:
It's a relatively small bar. It's probably about the size of your palm. It has a dark gray-green color and feels smooth to the touch. The scent is interesting and I'm not sure what it is, but it seemed a bit lemony to me. It doesn't lather much on my skin and the lather is rather clear. It feels like it cleans well and my skin felt smoother and softer after use. It didn't react to my skin or anything, so I was happy about that. Overall, I liked it.My son's thoughts (directly quoted from him):

Valentia Even Glow Serum Review
Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.
First off, I got this for free in exchange for a review. Honestly, I know I've been doing a lot of these and I'm sorry if you don't really want to read these sponsored reviews, but I do promise that whatever the item is, regardless of whether or not it is sponsored or not, I never write anything other than what I truly think about it. Now, let's get started.
I received the opportunity to try Valentia Skincare's Vitamin C Serum or Even Glow Serum recently and this is what I thought about it.
First of all, a brief description of what it looks like. It's a dark amber, glass bottle with a glass eye dropper cap. The serum has an orange color and is slightly cloudy/murky. It is also slightly thick in terms of consistency.
The serum is supposed to even skin tone, increase glow & radiance, boost collagen production, and reduce wrinkles & fine lines.
My experience:
It smelled slightly citrus-y and was slightly sticky while applying. It seemed to absorb quickly and completely into my skin leaving it dry and smooth afterwards. I only needed a few drops to completely cover my face and a few more for my neck. There didn't seem to be any immediate effects, but my skin may have gotten a bit brighter. After applying, I used a cream moisturizer that I actually mentioned before on this blog made by a company called Limerance Skin Care (if you want to search it on my blog, I wrote a review on it) and for some reason, the serum reacted with it and caused flakes to form with it. The flakes weren't visible, but if I rubbed my skin at all, I could feel them and they would fall off of my face. It was pretty annoying.
After about two weeks of use, I found that my skin seemed to be a little tighter, the fine lines near my eyes seemed lighter than before, my pores seemed to be smaller, and my skin seemed to be smoother than before and seemed moisturized. My deeper wrinkles, however, haven't been affected too much by it and look largely the same.
Overall, the results weren't drastic, but they weren't bad either. I did find it annoying that it reacted like that with my moisturizer though. I don't know if it would react with other moisturizers, but if you really don't like having your skincare products react with one another like this, I would not recommend this to you, just in case. In general, in the end, it's your choice and I can't really tell you to buy it or not.
If you'd like to by this serum, just click here to be taken to the Amazon page.
If not, thank you for reading anyway and I hope that you will stick with me as I continue to write on this blog.

Skinnaturals Review
Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.
I was given the opportunity to try this skincare set by Skinn Cosmetics for free in exchange for a review. My opinions are 100% mine and 100% honest. As always, I am under no obligation to write a positive review and I'd never accept something that requires me to give one. Now, let's get started.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

First, a little about the skin care line.
This line is a line specifically made for sensitive skin types and it is meant to allow you to "wave goodbye to irritation, redness, and wrinkles."
And it's formulated without:
~Parabens
~Sulfates
~Petrochemicals
~Phthalates
~Synthetic Fragrances
~Synthetic Dyes
~Triclosan
~GMOs
~Gluten
~Soy
~Nuts
Now, my review.
The cap for all of these were easy to take off and they all had a pump top. They also all had a rubber/plastic plug for the pump's opening. I dampened my face first and proceeded to use it. It pumps right away and it has a creamy white color. You only need one pump for your entire face and it is easy to apply. It doesn't really lather up and has a creamy formula. It has a cucumber-like scent that I personally disliked because I found it rather strong. It was easy to wash off and left my skin a bit dry and a bit tighter. Overall, it wasn't that bad, but the scent was not my favorite.
Like the cleanser, it only requires one pump to cover your entire face. It has a creamy, light green/pastel-y mint color and it was easy to smooth onto my skin to create a thin layer. It has a lighter cucumber scent compared to the cleanser, which I appreciated. Also like the cleanser, it has a creamy consistency and is absorbed quite quickly by my skin. After using it, my skin felt slightly moisturized. Overall, it was a much more pleasant experience than the calming cleanser because of the scent and I liked that it moisturized my skin a bit.
The creme also has a creamy mint color and it's easy to apply with its creamy formula. As usual, one pump is plenty to use for your entire face. About the scent, before applying it on my face, it had a light cucumber scent. However, the scent got stronger as I continued to apply and it started to smell really bad when I applied it around my nose area. I really didn't like that. Overall, my skin was left moisturized, but, in my opinion, the scent was really gross. Also, it didn't seem to completely absorb into my skin and the excess felt a bit greasy.
Overall, I didn't see many results in the redness department, but in terms of moisture, it does a pretty good job of it. Next time though, I'd probably put less of the creme on. Besides results though, I really didn't like the scent, so overall, I don't think I would recommend it. That's just what I felt though. If you like cucumber scents, I would recommend this to you, but to me, it's just too strong.
Okay, well, that's it for now. Thank you for reading as always and we're wondering what to do about the 5,000 Facebook fans celebration. What do you guys think we should do? Feel free to comment, message, etc us any ideas :).

Waxelene Review
I was given the opportunity to try Waxelene for free in exchange for a review. My opinions are 100% mine and 100% honest. As always, I am under no obligation to write a positive review and I'd never accept something that requires me to give one. Now, let's get started.
First off, you might wonder, "What exactly is Waxelene?", and my answer to that is, "A petroleum jelly alternative." Then, you may ask, "Why do I want and/or need a petroleum jelly alternative?" And the reason is that petroleum jelly is not a natural product. It is actually a by-product of oil production, and it's absorbed into your body every time you use it! Or... at least according to this source here. Another source (here) actually says that "Refined USP Petroleum jelly is not the same as the "Petrolatum" defined by the Chemical Abstract System (CAS) definition found in the EPA Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Inventory" and that it is actually a "refined and purified product of heavy waxes and paraffin oils". So, I suppose it all depends on which source you trust more for your answer, but as for me, I'd rather just go on the safe side and use something else with natural ingredients. Waxelene.

So, I suppose it all depends on which source you trust more for your answer, but as for me, I'd rather just go on the safe side and use something else with natural ingredients. Waxelene.
Next, a bit about the company's story. Todd Cooper & Ejyo Remington are the minds behind this product. They researched about petroleum jelly and skin care and were determined to make a high quality petroleum jelly alternative. It took hundreds of tests, but eventually, they were able to make Waxelene. You can see the full story here.
Now, a quick overview of the ingredients and uses before I get into my review.
There are only 4 ingredients in this alternative (You can read more about them here):
-Organic Soybean Oil (full of anti-oxidants, fatty acids, and soy isoflavones to help increase your skin's firmness, elasticity, suppleness, and health)
-Beeswax (to lock in moisture, protect, soften, and regenerate skin)
-Organic Rosemary Oil (provides natural anti-oxidant properties to rejuvenate skin and improve blood circulation)
-Vitamin E Oil (helps provide protection and regenerates skin cells with its anti-oxidant & anti-inflammatory properties)
A few uses include (You can see more here):
-Moisturizing your skin pretty much anywhere
-Makeup removal
-Softening callused feet
-etc.
Finally, my review.
The first thing I noticed was the packaging. It had pretty cute packaging with the little bee and light yellow color. It has a flip-top cap similar to some toothpastes and it's easy to open and close.
It has a yellow color and has a gel like consistency.
Since I usually use petroleum jelly for my lips, that's what I used Waxelene for in my test and here are my results.
It applies easily onto my lips like petroleum jelly and after a little while, sort of "melts" and feels more like an oil. At first, it had a weird scent, but now, it barely even bothers me. Its taste isn't really like anything, either. At first, it was quite unpleasant, but again, I hardly notice it now. As for the amount I put on, now that it's winter, I need more of it on my lips to truly feel like they're moisturized. But for the most part, you only need a tiny dab of it. It leaves my lips with a nice shine after using it and its moisturizing ability is quite good. It moisturizes pretty well and softens & smooths my lips about as well as petroleum jelly. Of course, after I take it off, they slowly dry up again, which is a bit annoying. Also, when I go to wash it off in the morning (I leave it on overnight), it seems to leave more of a residue on my lips or it seems harder to wash off. Overall though, I would recommend it. It works as well as petroleum jelly for my lips and it has all natural ingredients, so I'd say that it's a pretty good product.
Well, that's it for this review. Thank you for reading and I hope it was helpful!

Nutra-Lift® Maximum C Plus Serum Review

First, a little about the serum.
It is a multi-purpose, nourishing & moisturizing, natural vitamin C serum. Besides vitamin C, it also contains growth factors, which are proteins that are produced by various cells in the human body to activate cellular proliferation (growth), differentiation, and renewal. In addition to these two ingredients, even more nutrients, such as Ionic calcium (calcium that is not attached to any proteins), L-Carnitine (an amino acid that's naturally produced in your body), CoQ10 (a vitamin-like substance that your cells use to produce energy needed for cell growth and maintenance), Super-Oxide Dismutase (an enzyme found in all living cells), and more are added for maximum benefits.
The serum is meant to improve the appearance of aging skin, eliminate facial discoloration and uneven skin tones, hydrate skin, increase radiance, reduce the look of fine lines & wrinkles, improve texture, color & tone, and more.
Now that you know a little more about it, let's go right into the review.

Lovin' The Lather Soaps Review
Hi everyone! I'm back with another review! Yes, it is sponsored. I was kindly given multiple samples of Lovin' The Lather's soaps for free in exchange for a review. The opinions expressed below are 100% honest & 100% mine. I was under no obligation to write a positive review and I wouldn't accept anything that required me to.
Now, let's start! The soap varieties I will review today are the vanilla mocha latte, chocolate mint, lavender shea, and peaches n' cream varieties! Some observations are the same in all the varieties, so be prepared for a bit of repetition :).

Limerance Skincare Review & Giveaway
**I have updated the 1st link (linked to 'Limerance'), the 1st picture (group pic), and the last link (linked to 'click here'), so that it goes straight through our affiliate link which will give us a 20% commission if you decide to purchase anything, which we will use to fund our blog.
Hi! We're back and yes, we have another sponsored review & giveaway. Like we said before, we do have a few of them lined up, so please look out for that. We didn't get any comments for what we should review in our next non-sponsored review, so I suppose we'll figure that out later.
Anyway, this review & giveaway is sponsored by Limerance. I received the products I'm about to mention below for free in exchange for a review. Nevertheless, all of the opinions expressed are 100% mine and completely honest. I was under no obligation to write a positive review and I would never accept anything that required me to. Now, let's start!
First, a little information about all their skincare products. Limerance makes their products to order and they use food grade ingredients wherever possible. They also make their products to be as natural as possible. They use essential oils to scent their products, not synthetic fragrances, as well. You can find more information here.

Ageless Derma Satin Lip Gloss Review
Hi everyone! Yes, this is a sponsored post. I received the product I'm going to mention below for free in exchange for an honest review. Yes, this is honest. I'm under no obligation to write a positive review and I wouldn't accept a job that entitles that I must write a positive review. Now, let's start.
First off, I just want to say that this is my first true 'makeup' review, so bear with me if it isn't amazing. I will definitely get better. I promise.
About the line:
Ageless Derma's satin lip gloss line is a line designed to help provide a solution to lip dehydration and wrinkling due to aging & sun exposure with vitamin enrichment. Each lip gloss contains moisturizing & healing ingredients such as aloe vera, vitamin E & A, and green tea extract. Vitamin A is used to exfoliate skin and regenerate cell renewal, while vitamin E works to moisturize and heal your skin. The green tea extract works to make your lips younger and the aloe vera helps protect & heal your lips.

Twisted Sista Hair+Scalp Fix Rescue Me Kit Review
Recently, I was allowed to try out Twisted Sista's Hair+Scalp Fix Rescue Me Kit and review it on this blog. Naturally, I was very excited to try out their new line of hair care products. My hair is rather normal. Sometimes it does get oily & sometimes it can be dryer than it should be. Also, sometimes my scalp becomes oily or itchy. Now, I'm not going to say that Twisted Sista fixed it like that *snap*, but it certainly did help.
First though, let me give you a little background info on Twisted Sista. They are based in the UK and they make hair products for everyone. Whether you have curly hair, straight hair, or anything in between, chances are they have a product for you. Also, about their products themselves, although this isn't the main reason I buy my haircare products, it definitely is a welcome bonus, which is the fact that every one of their products are free from sulphates, parabens, phtalates, and mineral oil which is better for your hair. Also, on a side note, some of Twisted Sista's products have won awards from Latina Magazine and Shecky's.
