The review:
First of all, this is what it looks like straight from the container. It's a light beige color and is very smooth.
The first thing I noticed when I opened up the box was the pump design. It's pretty interesting. It's one of those 'push down and it comes up through a hole in the middle' type of pump, similar to the Windex Touch-up design I think. I haven't tried that one yet. The pump takes 3-4 times to get it going, but it works well. The brightener had a good consistency. It's pretty thick. Thicker than my typical moisturizer anyway. It smooths on easily and you only need about a pea size amount to cover your entire face. It seemed moisturizing as I put it on, but seemed to make my face shinier/oilier. Also, as I smoothed it on, I noticed the scent. I didn't really like the scent that much. It seems relatively fragrance free, but it kind of reminded me of mud. Not the best scent. I used it for a week and recorded my results.
A week later, I checked up on my skin and my skin seemed smoother and more moisturized. My wrinkles seemed less prominent/deep and my skin felt a bit firmer. My dark spots though, didn't seem to be lighter than before. Perhaps it takes a longer period of time, but I'm not quite sure. Overall, I would still recommend it though because it does help slow down the aging process and keeps my face looking younger. However, if you are the type of person that can't tolerate bad scents, I don't think this would be the product for you.
I hope you enjoyed and I hope this review helped you out!
