Kidfresh Chicken Nuggets Review & Giveaway!

Hi everyone! Welcome to another review. Yes, this is sponsored. I know, I know. We've been doing a lot of sponsored posts lately and we have still some more lined up,  but we will be doing other non-sponsored reviews in the future. I promise.
I'm just wondering what we should review in our next non-sponsored review. What do you think? What would you like to see us review? I have no problem going out to buy it as long as it isn't ridiculously expensive :). Leave us a comment below letting us know! By the way, we do read every comment. We may not respond to all of them, but I promise that we read them all.
Anyway, back to the review at hand. It is sponsored. Meaning, I received this product for free in exchange for a review. However, all the opinions expressed below are 100% mine and completely honest. I was under no obligation to write a positive review and I wouldn't accept a job that would require me to.
Now, let's start.

First, a little about Kidfresh foods. Kidfresh foods is a line made for busy parents. If you are anything like me (working from about 6 AM/when I leave home to about 7 PM/when I get back), you probably know that there are times when you might need a little help for dinner, which usually comes in the form of pre-packaged foods. Yes, I know! Pre-packaged foods. Filled with preservatives, un-nutritional ingredients, and more. I don't like letting my children eat it, but at the same time, I don't have a whole lot of time to cook. Which is why I'm so happy that I found Kidfresh foods. They are definitely better than some other frozen foods I've seen.

Kidfresh foods:
~Are 100% natural
~Have hidden veggies in every meal (up to 1/2 cup)
~Have less sodium, calories, and fat
~Are great tasting
~Come in a BPA free tray & green packaging
~Have no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives
You can find more information on that here.

Now, my actual review.

On the packaging, it also says that it has 11g of Whole Grains per serving, the nuggets are made with humanely raised & antibiotic-free chicken, and they have 40% less sodium & 73% less fat than leading brands. But, 'What about the taste?', 'How easy is it to make?', and other questions like that popped into my mind.

So, first, I want to point out the ingredients. Chicken breast meat is the 1st ingredient, as it should be, followed by whole wheat flour, water, cauliflower, onions, unbleached wheat flour, natural flavors, salt, corn starch, yellow corn flour, rice starch, yeast, molasses, sea salt, cream of tartar, baking soda, whole grain millet flour, and canola oil. All ingredients I actually know.

The second thing I want to point out are the actual nutrition facts. The serving size is 5 nuggets. To be honest, my kids are huge eaters, so this serving size is too small. I actually ended up cooking them all (12 in all) just for my daughter. She is 13 and she is growing, so I thought it would be okay. Also, even after doing the math and multiplying all the facts, it still only comes to 325 calories, 10g of fat, 1.25 g of saturated fat, 75mg of cholesterol, 625mg of sodium, 32.5g of carbs, 5g of fiber, and 30g of protein. Not to mention, you get 27.5g of whole grains! That's pretty good!

Now, finally, the taste. This part is what I wrote based on my daughter's comments. It's slightly crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It really tastes delicious. You can't even taste that there are any vegetables in it! I believe my daughter would know that too, especially since onions are one of her absolute least favorite vegetables ever. I can almost never get her to eat them. It's also satisfying.
Altogether, I think that this is a great alternative for frozen foods for children. It's delicious and nutritious and I would recommend it.
