Now, my review. First off, I liked the packaging design. I thought that the sheep with the heart was really cute. The balls themselves were about the size of a baseball. Maybe a bit bigger than that. They fit easily into my hand, which prevents me (a total clutz) from dropping it when I go to pick it up. The balls are also really easy to use. All you have to do is toss them in with your clothes and turn on your dryer. It's as simple as that!  I waited for my dryer to stop, so I could test out the claims. I wasn't and am still not sure how I was/am going to test the drying time, but I'll test most of the other ones. Also, typically, when I do my laundry, I wash it normally, and then hang dry for a while. Then, I toss it into the dryer for the remaining drying time. This time, the clothes were damper when I tossed it in, so I was curious to see how it would turn out.
I found that it did reduce static. The clothes were pretty much not static-y at all. I thought that the softness of the clothing was relatively normal and the amount of wrinkles were what I expected. Like I said, I can't say that it did reduce drying time because I had no way of telling, but I will say that my clothes were completely dry. Overall, I don't really know if I would recommend it or not. If I had concrete evidence or if I could prove it myself that Woolzies reduce drying time, I would definitely recommend it. Otherwise, it might seem kind of pointless to pay for it. However, it also has the added benefit of having no chemicals and being eco-friendly, therefore I have to say that I would recommend it anyway because I definitely don't want chemicals that are toxic to the environment to be in my laundry.

Now, in addition to this review, I want to leave you with a couple tips.
Here they are:
1. If you roll up a piece of aluminum foil into the same size as one of the balls & put it into the dryer with the Woolzies, you can reduce static even more!
2. If you want to make your laundry smell REALLY good, you can do what I did in the picture below. Just pour a few drops of your favorite fragrance/essential oil onto 2-3 Woolzies, toss them in with the rest, and put it on 'fluff' for 10 min. Do not do it on a heated setting because the oils will be destroyed in the hot air. Also, be careful on how much oil you put on it. A little goes a long way really applies here.

**Giveaway will be part of the August Anything Goes Blog Hop (August 15th)! I'm sorry! I'm a shameless promotor of my blog! ^^;**

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

  1. I've never heard of these, great review.

  2. Woolzies dryer balls are a great product because they cut down on dryer time and are all natural and last for 1000 loads. This is a great product that does not leave a heavy perfume smell on my clothes!

  3. I think this product is fabulous. I love that they are allergen free too.

  4. I'd love to try these for my laundry!

  5. I would like to try these. I don't like to use fabric softner with baby stuff and if it dries faster its not necessary.

  6. I love that you can add essential oils to these. That would make my clothes smell so good!
